General accommodation policies and conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all reservations for accommodation and/or provision of additional services at Aparthotel Crotiria Beach, as well as to all visitors to the Hotel's territory.
TERMS OF CONFIRMATION
For your reservation to be confirmed you need to pay a deposit in advance in the amount of 50% of the total amount of the reservation within two days, counted from the day of sending the offer. Cash payments at the hotel and bank transfers are accepted.

All bank fees and transfer costs are for your account.
The reservation becomes GUARANTEED and confirmed only after receiving the deposit. If the period from the date of booking to the date of arrival is less than 2 days, your reservation is GUARANTEED without the need for prepayment. In case of unpaid deposit within the established terms, the hotel has the right to cancel the offer.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION:
If the cancellation of the reservation is made no later than 7 days before check-in, no penalty is due. The prepaid amount is refunded by a bank transfer up to 30 days after cancellation of the reservation. All bank fees and transfer costs are for your account.
If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days before check-in, the prepaid deposit is retained by the hotel as a penalty.
IMPORTANT: In case of force majeure (natural disasters, declared epidemics and quarantines), cancellation of the reservation is free at any time until the day of arrival.
ADULT AND CHILD POLICIES
Children up to 5.99 years of age stay for free in their parents' room.
Children from 6 to 11.99 years of age are charged 50% of the adult price.
Babies are accommodated for free, a cot is also provided free of charge upon prior request.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in: after 15:00
Check-out: until 12:00
If the Hotel has enough rooms available, it can allow check-in at a time other than generally accepted without additional charge. If rooms are available, the Hotel can allow late check-out until 18:00, in the amount of 50% of the value of one night, and after 18:00 for the value of one night. For this is necessary to make a prior inquiry at the reception.
GENERAL POLICIES AND INFORMATION:
Early check-out:
If the Client wants to leave the hotel before the date specified in the reservation, he pays the equivalent of 100% of the total price of the agreed package.
Transferring a reservation:
The user can transfer his reservation to a third party by notifying the Hotel in writing.
The customer will have to comply with the same general conditions imposed on the original user.
Documents upon check-in:
Guests must show a valid photo ID.
Keycard Policy:
During check-in, you receive your card. You must keep your card and return it when you leave the hotel. Each card costs 5 BGN. In order not to be charged, please return this card to the reception when you leave the hotel.
Smoking policy.
In accordance with Bulgarian legislation, smoking in the indoor premises of Aparthotel Crotiria Beach is prohibited. You may be charged a fine for violation in the amount of 200 BGN, for which each guest gives their unconditional consent to be added to the room bill or demanded by the violator personally. The violator is also personally responsible for the administrative sanctions imposed by the authorities in connection with the violation.
To avoid being charged, please smoke in designated areas within the hotel's outdoor areas.
Parking:
The parking lot on the hotel grounds is unguarded and free for hotel guests. The hotel is not responsible for any damage caused to a car parked in the hotel car park, but will help to resolve the incident if possible.
Video surveillance:
Hotel guests grant the right to be video recorded. The hotel carries out video surveillance covering the common areas of the hotel in order to ensure the security of its guests.
Recordings are used solely for the purpose described and are not passed on or made available to third parties unless requested by law enforcement.
Addition:
The hotel reserves the right to make changes to these general terms and conditions, as well as to make special offers, different from those in the present T&C, without being obliged to notify its guests in advance.
Flexibility:
In case of partial or total damage to inventory or property at Aparthotel Crotiria Beach, each guest gives their unconditional consent to have the amount for the specific item added to their room bill.
Free Wi-Fi
Registered guests have free Wi-Fi access. The access password is provided at the reception upon registration.
Baby cot
On request, we offer a baby cot free of charge.
Pet Policy
Although we love pets, please note that our accommodation policy does not allow pets in the rooms.
Transfers
Upon request, we can organize a transfer from/to Burgas Airport. For more information, contact the hotel.
Room cleaning
Rooms are cleaned daily. All rooms are equipped with "Please Clean"/"Do Not Disturb" signs. If you wish the room to be cleaned, place the tag on the lock on the outside of the door. Please note that the room may not be cleaned if you have not posted a "Please Clean!“ sign.
Do Not Disturb Sign - When you place the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the lock on the outside of the door, your room will not be cleaned.
Towels are changed daily (if needed), and bed linen every 3 (three) days.
Lost or damaged belongings of guests
For your convenience, a free strongbox is provided in each room.
Aparthotel Crotiria Beach accepts no responsibility for lost, forgotten, stolen or damaged valuables or belongings of guests. If you find that you have forgotten something of value to you, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you find your forgotten/lost item!
Fire alarm
In the event of a fire, please follow the evacuation plan instructions located on the inside of your room door, as well as in the corridors and common areas of the hotel.
NOISE POLICY
In case of violation of public order in the hotel or the tranquility of other guests between 10:00 p.m. and 08:00 a.m., the administration will notify the law enforcement authorities.
